Clause 2: Applicable law - Disputes
Orders are subject to French law. Contractual information is presented in english and products offered for sale are in accordance with French regulations. Where appropriate, it is the foreign customer responsibility to check with local authorities the possibility of using the product he intends to order. The responsibility of Karuni can not be held liable for non-compliance of a foreign country where the product is delivered.
In case of dispute, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
Clause 3: Product Overview
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are displayed on the products. The photographs are not contractually binding. The responsibility of Karuni can not be held if errors are introduced. All text and images presented on the website of the Karuni are reserved for the world, under copyright and intellectual property, and their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
Clause 4: Validity of offers to sell
The products are offered for sale until stocks are exhausted. When ordering a product become unavailable, the customer will be informed of such unavailability as soon as possible by e-mail or by letter. An exchange or a refund will be proposed.
Clause 5: Commodity Prices
Product data sheets show the price in euros all taxes, excluding shipping costs. The VAT amount is stated on the invoice when needed and postage appear on the screen at the end of the selection of various products by the customer.
Karuni reserves the right to change prices at any time but the items ordered are charged at prevailing prices at the time of the order.
Clause 6: Order
The customer confirms his order when he clicked on the link "Confirm your order" at the bottom of the page "Summary of your order", he then accepts the order process and these conditions of sale.
Karuni confirms the order by e-mail, this confirmation includes all elements of the order.
The data recorded by the company Karuni constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by Karuni, the client can access the archive by contacting the Customer Relations.
In case of order cancellation, Karuni realize a refund of amounts collected, net of order cancellation fees generated. In cases of exceptional unavailability of an item, Karuni may offer a similar item of the same amount or send the item in a period it has agreed with the buyer or send a refund.
Clause 7: Payment
Payment can be made :

- By KARUNI GIFT CERTIFICATES

- By bank transfer upon confirmation of purchase and asks for bank details at email@example.com
Clause 8: Delivery
Products purchased from Karuni are available in metropolitan France, overseas departments and territories in shipments followed via the Post Office and in all member countries of the European Community and the rest of the world by registered mail tracking. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the usual processing time and delivery.
The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer during the ordering process.
When articles are available at different times due to their availability, delivery time is based on the longest time.
Karuni can not be held responsible for consequences due to delayed delivery. In case of delay a mail is sent to the client.
When paying by credit card the times indicated above are effective from the date of payment of registration and correspond to the processing time and delivery.
When paying by bank transfer, the order is processed upon receipt of the notice informing Karuni of your bank transfer.
To pay by Paypal, the order is processed the same day of payment, excluding Sundays and holidays, it will be processed the next business day.
The customer must notify the carrier and Karuni all reserves on the delivered product (eg damaged package, already open, etc..) and this upon receipt of the parcel. Then according to specific cases, the customer will benefit from the terms of exchange and refund in the said article.
If the package arrives damaged or opened or the items arrive damaged, it is essential that the customer establish with the factor or the post office on which it depends, a statement so that Karuni can open an investigation and proceedings compensation.
The customer must confirm this problem by sending the carrier within 2 business days following the date of delivery with acknowledgment of receipt, stating the said claims. The customer will simultaneously transmit a copy of this mail by mail to: Karuni - firstname.lastname@example.org
Any claims received after the deadline or having no statement will be rejected.
Depending on specific cases, the customer will benefit from the terms of exchange or refund under the said section.
In the case of a fast shipment by chronopost or fedex, if delivery can not be made within the time limit, there will be a credit on shipping, no refund will be made. In the context of a return made for a purchase including sending by Chronoopst or Fedex that was specifically selected as an option by the client, no refunds or credits on shipping will be made, this method of sending constituting an additional compared to conventional transportation proposals via the Post Office.
Clause 9: Satisfied or refund
The customer has fifteen days from delivery to return the product via priority air mail in its original condition and original protected packaging , the cost of return being dependent.
It is then refunded the price of the product in the fifteen days of receipt thereof by Karuni by bank transfer or paypal. A bank account number must be provided by the client for the realization of this refund. In the case of a purchase outside France, if refund is made by bank transfer, transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the case of a partial return of an order that the remaining amount after deducting returns would be lower than shipping offered, shipping costs corresponding to an initial shipment of items stored will be deducted from the refund.
In the context of a total or partial return of an order for refund or credit, if the client has requested sending by Chronopost or fedex, there vill be any refund or credit.
Earrings and Earring Pendants can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled are not included. In case a product is returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled, Karuni will contact the customer to outline the problem and return the item in question, which will not be refunded.
Exchange is possible when the item is not suitable (eg ring size) and if another item of the same amount is available. The cost of returning a new article shall be charged to the customer. This exchange will not be entitled to any further payment if the new item sent does not fit, only one credit may be offered.
If the return is a command error from Karuni, there will be the exchange and return at the expense of Karuni of the article concerned. The cost of returning the client for exchange will be supported by Karuni by reimbursement after receipt of return.
However, if the customer does not want to send another item and request a refund, return costs fall within the classical field of customer returns and are fully supported by the client.
Karuni offers the opportunity for customers to make orders for items not in stock, or customized items (within 4-6 weeks). Regarding these items made to order, as part of an order cancellation before sending an amount of 40% will be deducted from the amount of each item ordered.
In the case of a return of the items ordered, a credit will be realized. The costs of sending actual initial on these returned items will also be deducted.
In the case of an order paid with a gift card, even partially, no refund will be made upon return. If an exchange request is made, the cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. The validity of the possible having corresponds to the expiration date of the gift certificate originally used.
Clause 10: Confidentiality of data
Personal data provided by the client are not disclosed to third parties, and are, unless the client expressly objects, embedded in the client file of Karuni.
According to the law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the customer has at any time a right of access and rectification. To exercise this right, simply contact the Customer Relations Service.
