In case of delayed shipment (eg stock). an email will be sent. In this case, and until the product is shipped, you can always cancel your order. You will then be immediately refunded if your account was debited.
In case of late delivery. Any failure or delay in delivery of more than 7 days must be reported to our customer service through the "Contact" page. You may at that time cancel your order and request a refund of the product. If you receive the product after you have canceled your order, you must complete and return it in its original state to allow us, upon receipt of the reimbursement.
Non-compliance of delivery compared to the order. If, despite all the care we provide to the preparation of packages, the delivery did not comply with your order, we pledge to refund or exchange items. For the return is accepted, you must notify us immediately and not later than within 7 days of receipt if you have not received good references or missing a product. After this period of 7 days, the products will be deemed compliant and accepted by the customer.
Damaged product. If a product were to be damaged during transit, we will refund your money if reservations have been made against the company responsible for the delivery. This implies that you take the time to open the package and check its contents. If the driver refused to wait, give absolutely on the delivery "the driver would not wait for the unpacking of the article".
Missing product at delivery. If a product is missing upon delivery and you notice that the parcel has clearly been forced, you must make remarks the carrier and contact us immediately.
Right of withdrawal
You can return a product if it does not satisfy you within 14 days after delivery. We do not refund shipping cost of the initial order or return costs and the product must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging and undamaged. You will be refunded within 14 days from the excercise of the right of withdrawal by bank transfer or paypal.
Terms of returns. Feedback should be achieved by International Trakcking Parcel. All products returned for postage due mail or simply to Karuni will not be accepted. You must, before return items, have the agreement number of return you will receive from our Customer Service and you must include in your return your order number.

Exchange of Product
If you want to exchange a product purchased from www.karuni.fr or www.karuni.com, you must return the product under the same conditions as in the article "Right of withdrawal", then reorder.
