Do you know what that means KARUNI ? This comes from an Hindi root - karuna - which means empathy, fairness, equality of men before art, timeless and universal. That's what we want to share with you, the ancient arts which continue today, which marry contemporary design, the creations of world's end, with you tomorrow, respect for one who manufactures and one who receive the items.

Our passion for jewelry, decoration and travel has led us very naturally to meet the creators and producers of all the country we visited.

In our travels, we wanted to discover objects that seem more representative but also the finest of each region visited, and which combine perfectly with our outfits and our western interior while retaining their soul.

We also worked with craftsmen to revisit some jewels, which are creations of contemporary inspiration, always in the ethnic spirit.

Our way of working is about the ethical and fair trade, we want that everyone, from producer to customer, can find his account, and his pleasure.

All jewelry is made by hand by skilled craftsmen and passionate creators.

These jewelers and cabinet makers are located in Agadez in Niger, Bamako, Mali and several cities in Mauritania working as a cooperative family group of artisans or group of cooperatives for Mauritania.

The articles are made under conditions intended to improve working conditions and living standards of workers.

We provide some materials for the manufacture of jewelry, files,
ring sizers, scales ... as expensive and difficult to find locally. Artisans often shape their tools themselves with parts they can find.

It is fundamental for us that artisans and manufacturers are paying up to the quality of their work, so we can ask them the best and they can make their families live with dignity.

All jewelry items are thoroughly screened upon arrival and we believe that craft can rhyme with excellence around the world. Excellence in the selection of raw materials, excellence in materials processing.

The silver used is sterling silver (999) for all Tuareg jewelry, without the addition of another metal, which allows a very fine job of including engravings. For some Mauritanian jewelry, silver 800 (with copper) is used because it reinforces the strength of the jewel.

Over time, we knew how to choose and know our jewelers partners and suppliers with the aim that you, our customers, their customers can enjoy the most beautiful way, jewelry and items you buy.

The jewelry is shipped in bags made in Agadez in Niger in the wax scraps of fabric, which ensures additional income to the tailor's shop and women.

In addition to this quality requirement, we believe that if you buy on internet is that you want, you, as soon as possible your purchases. We pledge to send your order the same day you order.

We can do custom orders or wholesale, depending on your needs, you can ask any questions via the contact page.

Feel free to leave your opinion on our products and give us your suggestions, we're listening.
