Your shopping basket
 

When you like an item, you can put it in your shopping basket ("Add to Basket"). The basket is not binding, it allows you to make a list of selected products.

At any time you can go to your basket by clicking on the tab "items in your basket" at the top right of your screen.

You can add or delete items at any time in your basket. You can change quantities of each item by changing the number of items you want displayed and then clicking "Edit numbers".

 Reflection

Once selected your items, you can go to your cart. In this basket, you can easily access your selected products, and watch them take the time to think.

You can print the data sheets if you wish, or send the product to a friend to give you feedback.

Order

Once you have made your final choice, click on "Submit my order and continue". You need to identify yourself.

If you are a customer, enter your username and password in the spaces reserved for that purpose.

If you're new customer, click space "Continue" in the "New Customer" to register. Then enter your details and confirm.

Then choose your method and delivery address. If it is a gift, please specify in the space provided on the lower left, you can write a message that we will print on a nice accompanying map.

Then choose your method of payment: credit card, paypal or bank transfer.

An order form will then open in a new window, you can print. Your order is complete.

The secure payment CIC Credit card

We use secure payment of the CIC Bank so that the banking transaction carried out is done in the safest possible way. SSL cryptography method using the information provided when ordering, is recognized worldwide for the protection of data transmitted over the Internet.

1 - You have to validate your cart and select the payment method Credit Card. You then go to the website of the CCI Bank. This page dedicated to the online payment is completely secure and only theCCI Bank  has access to your bank, Karuni has no access to any of your personal data. Then enter your credit card number and date of expiry.

2 - Your payment is recorded directly on the CIC Bank website in encrypted mode. After verification and approval by the CCI Bank, you automatically return to the shop Karuni. In the case of a refusal of the payment terminal CIC Bank, Karuna reserves the right to cancel the order.

Paypal Payment

With PayPal your financial information is never shared with Karuni. PayPal encrypts and protects your credit card number once and for all. Pay online by simply indicating your email address and password.

Payment by bank transfer

The transfer payment is used, as payment by credit card or paypal, for total safety of the operation. For orders above 800 €, the payment by bank transfer is required. Your order is reserved for 10 days. This period includes the receipt of transfer and confirmation of credit to our account. Beyond this period, without receiving your payment, the order will be canceled.

To print our RIB, click in frame with the right click of the mouse, then click on "View Image".

So that the operation is carried out as soon as possible, please indicate when the transfer as worded, the order number which will be sent. Ex Order # XXXX

The products offered are normally in stock. In exceptional cases of rupture and / or temporary stock of a product, Karuni will inform the customer of additional time for shipping the product result of this failure. If the customer refuses the extension period, the sale will be terminated.

Order Status

By the end of the ordering process, an email confirmation of purchases is sent to you. At every moment of the delivery procedure, an email is sent to you to keep you informed.

You will receive 3 successive emails :
- Email "In preparation" that informs you that the order has been taken into account and that our team will prepare your package with the utmost care.
- Email "Prepared to you" that your order is ready and will go on Delivery
- Email "Sent" that warns you that your order has shipped safely with the Post Office.
